Returns & Refunds Policy – Whisk & Whirl Designs
We want you to love every card you receive from us. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Cards As most of our cards are made to order and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt personalised goods from the standard right to cancel.
Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to make amendments once production has begun.
Order Cancellations
As all of our cards are made to order, we begin production on the next working day following your order. If you've made a mistake and need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at sam@whiskandwhirldesigns.co.uk.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made within 12 hours of placing your order, or before 9am on the next working day whichever comes first. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel or amend your order.
Please note that for personalised and made-to-order items, cancellation is offered as a goodwill gesture and is not a guaranteed right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will always try to help where we can, so if you're unsure, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Non-Personalised Cards For non-personalised cards, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at sam@whiskandwhirldesigns.co.uk before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sam@whiskandwhirldesigns.co.uk with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sam@whiskandwhirldesigns.co.uk.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is non-personalised, unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made cards
- Sale items
- Gift cards
