Whisk & Whirl Designs is an independent UK-based business specialising in handmade and personalised greeting cards. We are based in Fleetwood, Lancashire, United Kingdom.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

Most of our cards are made to order. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, we cannot make amendments once production has begun. Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order or before 9am the next working day, whichever comes first, as a goodwill gesture.

Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary with postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. See our full Refund Policy for details.
